Figure 1a Figure 1a shows the corrosion (with windshield removed) that can take place from incorrect windshield installations. The vehicle is a 1983 Mercedes 240D. The customer reported that water would leak into the footwell on rainy days. Judging by the amount of rust on the windshield channel, the leaking has been going on for years. |
